We do your laptops in small batches, so only a few are ever away from your team.

A free check-up
We look at every laptop and check its battery and SSD health. We tell you which worn parts need changing, and the price. The check-up is free.

We make it like new
We change the parts you say yes to. Then we clean it inside and out, service the fan, add fresh thermal paste and test it for 2 hours.

Back to you, boxed
It comes back in a JAYCO box with a Device Health Certificate. Your 1 Year Warranty starts that day.

A check-up every 6 months
Halfway through the year it comes back to our lab for a clean and a check, so it stays like new.

Working days count from when you log a ticket, and the same day if it is logged before 1 pm. Outside Karachi? Send the laptop to our Karachi lab by courier and we pay for the trip back.

If it breaks by itself, we fix it free.

Once a laptop comes back like new, these are fixed at our cost under the 1 Year Warranty, as often as needed.

We never say no to these. We tell you the price first and only start when you say yes.

Two simple health rules at the free check-up

Battery below 50% health. We quote a new battery. If you keep the old one, the battery is not covered. The rest of the laptop still is.

SSD below 60% health. We quote a new SSD. If you keep the old one, that laptop is not covered at all, because a dying SSD can take everything with it.

Parts that are already worn when a laptop arrives are not warranty claims. They are quoted at the check-up and fitted only when you approve. The warranty starts the day the laptop comes back to you.

Simple answers.

How much does it cost?

One small monthly fee per laptop. It is the same price for every model in your fleet, and it is billed once a year. The fee depends on the package you pick, so ask us for your price. Worn parts found at the free check-up are quoted separately, once.

How long is the agreement?

One year, starting from the first laptop we hand back like new. Your price stays the same for that whole year.

Can I add more laptops later?

Yes, any time, at the same rate. You only pay for the rest of the year.

What if a laptop is too far gone?

We tell you at the free check-up. If a laptop is not worth repairing, we say so honestly instead of taking your money.

How do we start?

Pick a package and tell us how many laptops you have of each model. We do the free check-up and quote any worn parts. Work starts within a week of your yes.
